I have known all my life that I belonged in the hospitality industry. I've been an active participant in the kitchen since as far back as I can remember. By the time I was in 5th grade I had already thrown both of my siblings surprise parties and hosted countless theme parties in my parent's basement. I got my first paid kitchen gig at 15 years old and soon after began culinary school. Since then, I've had the pleasure of learning from and working with extraordinary chefs, brilliant professors, dedicated volunteers, highly-impacting CEOs, creative designers, world-class event planners and meticulous service individuals. I have been largely shaped by my experience planning corporate culinary events at Johnson & Wales University, a leader in culinary and hospitality education. My passion lies in a love for high-end service, quality food, a personal understanding of clients, and the madness of bringing it all together. With over ten years of professional experience in hospitality, I know I've just merely scratched the surface. There is no doubt I love this crazy industry!
